Methods of Payment
For purchases from Il Tempo dei principi, you can convenintly choose from the following methods:
Bank Transfer: Payment by bank transfer in advance is required, the details of which will be provided upon request by writing to the email Iltempodeiprincipi@outlook.it or contacting us by phone. Please remember to include in the reason for payment the information related to your purchase (watch and reference) during the payment; we will process your order as soon as we receive the payment,
Cash: Payment in cash is accepted and regulated in accordance with the law which establishes the limit thresholds for use.
Shipping
Following receipt of payment, your purchase will be processed and shipped on Tuesday or Thursday of the week of order confirmation (except for uncovered areas and islands). In the event of incompatibility with the payment receipt times (e.g. payment received on Thursday afternoon or Friday) the order will be shipped on Tuesday or Thursday of the following week. All shipments are made through an insured worldwide shipping service.
WARRANTY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Warranty of Watches
All watches on our site are checked or serviced by one of our trusted workshops and are sold with a 12-month warranty on their proper functioning and certificate of originality.

In case of malfunction, you must contact us by writing to the email Iltempodeiprincipi@outlook.it or contacting us by phone, specifying the problem encountered.
Following the report of malfunction, in order to enforce the warranty, the watch must be shipped, by the buyer, to our office:

The watch may also be repaired in specialized workshops in case of minor faults, and subject to our authorization; the cost of repair may be reimbursed by presenting a document certifying the actual expense.
Failure to observe these rules, or the opening of the watch case carried out without our authorization, will result in the voiding of the warranty.
Excluded from the warranty is any damage caused by misuse of the item, as a result of knocks, falls or wear and tear, flooding due to an improperly closed crown.
Right of withdrawal
Purchases concluded on Il Tempo Dei Principi are regulated by the of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code).
Except as otherwise provided for in the following paragraph and in the cases expressly provided for in the above decree, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reasons, within 14 days from when the customer or a third party appointed by him received the product or in the case of the purchase of several products delivered separately with a single order, received the last product.

The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was shipped, complete with all supplied accessories and any attached certificates, and without any deficiencies. Return costs will be borne by the customer. Refunds will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the purchased product, and consistent with the re-credit times applied by the circuit used.
The refund will be made upon verification of the condition of the goods, which must be returned in the same condition in which it was shipped. The consumer has the right of withdrawal without penalty, the only costs borne by him are those related to the return of the product.
